Harrowgate Hill residents meet with Police and Crime Commissioner
Local residents in Darlington had the opportunity of airing their views on policing and crime at a street surgery held on Saturday, with local councillors.
Ron Hogg, Police and Crime Commissioner for County Durham and Darlington joined up for the first time with Councillors Marjory Knowles and John Vasey on Saturday 12 January on a street surgery held in the Harrowgate Hill area of Darlington.
Commenting on the surgery, Ron said:
“I was pleased to have been invited along to the street surgery on Saturday as this not only gave residents the opportunity to raise any concerns they had about policing or crime, but also helped me strengthen links with councillors who are responsible for this area of Darlington”.
Building on his commitment to local residents, Mr Hogg will also be attending the next Police and Communities Together (PACT) meeting to be held at the Harrowgate Hill Working Men’s Club at 6.30pm on Wednesday evening (16th January), giving more residents the opportunity to meet the him and raise any local concerns.
