Durham Commissioner to meet with Public
Ron Hogg, Durham’s Police and Crime Commissioner has arranged a number of public engagement events this week, across County Durham and Darlington.
Members of the public will have the opportunity to raise any community safety issues with Mr Hogg whilst doing their shopping at Newton Hall shops in Durham as well as in the Cornmill Centre in Darlington. In addition to this, Mr Hogg will also be attending a coffee morning at Brancepeth Village Hall on Wednesday.
Mr Hogg said:
“I am keen to meet and listen to as many people as possible and I hope residents will stop and chat with me and raise any policing or community safety concerns that they may have.
Meeting with people in busy shopping areas has proved popular with residents in the past. I have arranged more events like this, over the coming months in town centre areas and at local shops, this will give more people a chance to speak with me personally and have their say on policing and crime”.
You can meet Mr Hogg at the following locations this week:
12.00 p.m. - 1.00 p.m. Newton Hall Shops, Newton Hall, Durham
10.30 a.m. – 11.45 a.m. Coffee morning at Brancepeth Viillage Hall, Brancepeth
