We are running a Christmas card competition open to all pupils from primary schools in County Durham and Darlington. Children can be as creative as they like with a festive design but this must be on A4 size paper. Pens, pencils, crayons, paint the choice is yours.
The winner will receive a copy of their design made up on a Christmas card, a gift voucher, certificate and a selection box.
The winning entry will be chosen by Steve White, Acting Police, Crime and Victims’ Commissioner. A number of entries will be put on the Durham PCC website so the public can see all the budding artists’ designs.
Entries must be received at the PCVC office no later than Friday 13th November so the Acting Commissioner can judge the entries and then send them off to print.
In previous years we have visited school assemblies to present the prize. This year the prize is most likely to be posted out and we would like a photo of the winner with the prize if a consent form is complete. This will not however restrict entries and if no consent is received this will not be published as a press release.
