Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy 2021-2025

The newly adopted Health & Wellbeing Strategy for County Durham has been announced by County Durham Health & Wellbeing Board.

Health and Wellbeing boards were established under the Health and Social Care Act 2012, and County Durham Health and Wellbeing Board was formally established as a committee of Durham County Council in 2013.

The strategy explores the response to Covid-19, County Durham Vision 2035, key messages from the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment, Strategic priorities and the long-term vision.
