Sexual violence takes many forms but one thing remains certain – the survivor is never to blame.

Support is available for both males and females and is intended to help with both the physical and emotional needs of victims and their families.

The Meadows will offer advice, support, counselling and sexual health screening as well as a forensic medical examination where appropriate.

The service is available as soon as the victim feels ready, whether they wish to report the assault to the police or not, if they do decide to report to the police, they can help with that too.

You can contact them on their 24 hour crisis support service and for referrals on their support line 03333 448283 (Option 2)
