I lead a team which provides an outstanding service to the public, to the PCC and to the Chief Executive. This includes oversight of the office media function and the PCC community engagement activities. I ensure that the PCC’s time is optimised by having in place a high quality PA and diary management service.
I also ensure the office has an effective and efficient complaints and case management system. I act as Deputy Monitoring Officer and have delegated responsibility to perform the role of the Independent Complaints Review Adjudicator for the PCC.
